Owner Overview

Premier was founded in 1999 by DePauw University graduates Jason Barth, Matt DeVore, and Tay Bourquein.  Our team is extremely knowledgeable and competent, with more than 40 years combined experience in the Pro Audio and Custom Audio & Video industries among the three founding co-owners. Jason oversees all system designs, sales & marketing, and is the company's CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Matt is the company's COO (Chief Operations Officer) and handles project management, internal processes, purchasing and engineering issues. Finally, Tay manages the company's field crews as the Service Manager. Combined, each client has the benefit of three owners in contact with every facet of their project.

Surrounding themselves with a strong and growing staff of expert installation technicians, programmers and service personnel, Premier has proven to be a trustworthy company, and their quality of work speaks for itself. Premier specializes and excels at private home theater installations. We also install networked systems to allow audio, video, security, lighting, climate control and other appliances to be controlled from a central location. Our design and installation standards are of the highest degree.
