Paul Lipps

Paul Lipps is VP & Managing Director of Sales & Operations for Premier Audio & Video, Inc.; Premier Security, Inc.; Premier Service, LLC.  He is accountable for all facets of these three companies. Including product lines and solutions, installation and delivery and end user experience. Paul was hired as a sales and system designer in spring of 2005.  Since then he has helped Premier grow in a variety of different ways, from helping with builder and vendor relations to serving as Director of Business Development.  Paul started in the industry after many years of following his passion for home electronics by designing his personal system and the those of many family members and friends.  He decided to utilize that enthusiasm which has resulted in a great career with Premier.  The combination of helping many customers with their personal system, product training classes and product certifications, has given Paul the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to help Premier maintain its status as one of the best integration companies in the country.

Paul is the son of a retired builder/remodeler/developer.  He attended Indiana State University for construction technology.  Paul is currently enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University earning a degree in Business Management.  Prior to working at Premier, he was with ETS Inc. as a Regional Marketing Director for nine years.  He grew up in Carmel, IN and is a proud father of two great kids.  Most of his spare time is spent with them.  He is a  NASCAR and Indy Racing League fan.  Paul enjoys supporting the Colts at each home game.  He attends St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis where he is active with the children's ministries.
