Your system will notify you if any doors are left open, including the garage. Even better, you can easily add lighting control to any existing home because we have products that leverage existing wiring.

You can use one button to create a full movie-theater experience in your home theater. The lights will dim to the perfect level while other lights in the house are turned off, the movie starts to play with full-blown surround sound, and the temperature drops a bit so everyone is comfortable. And, when the pizza arrives, you'll get a notification and can double check the IP camera at the door to make sure you're not being interrupted by some door-to-door salesman.

Create the perfect party.
You're hosting one of your famous dinner parties, and everyone is gathered in the kitchen enjoying the ambiance you set with the touch of a button just before the first guest arrived. The lights are bright, the music is cranking and everyone is having a great time. But now it's time to serve dinner. Another button push, and the lights slowly dim in the kitchen and rise in the dining room while the music shifts to a soft mellow jazz. Pick a time and the lights will gradually come up, the shades open to let in the morning sun, and the thermostat kicks on to start warming up the house. The TV might come on quietly with the morning news, or your favorite morning music mix can start playing through the multi-room music system, and the coffee maker starts percolating in the kitchen. All you have to do is open your eyes, stretch and welcome the new day!

It's easy being green.
If you're concerned about how much energy you use - or waste - on heating and cooling, Premier can help. Simply set your system to follow the seasons, time of day or outside temperature and it can control your shades and thermostat to create the most efficient energy use while still maintaining a comfortable environment. You can also manage your lights, one of the biggest energy wastes in any home. Via lighting automation, Premier can set lights to automatically dim by just a small percentage. Your eyes won't notice, but your electric bill will. You can also use motion sensors to turn lights on and off automatically when rooms are unoccupied, and use a simple "all off" or "good-bye" button to make sure that your family hasn't left on unnecessary lights when you're not there.

Comfort is convenient.
Most thermostats offer some degree of programmability but if you're looking for more than just a home and away setting, we offer a variety of custom comfort settings that you get to define. Make it a little cooler when you watch a movie, turn on the fireplace and lower the temp if you're having a dinner party, set your home to warm up automatically as part of your Wakeup Scene, or define energy efficient temperature settings for when you're on vacation. You can activate any of these settings with the touch of a button, or set them to execute automatically based on the season, time of day or outside temperature or another trigger that you identify. The system can also control your shades and thermostat to for maximum energy efficiency while still maintaining a comfortable environment in your home.
