
New equipment will have a Premier thirty (30) day bumper to bumper warranty. After thirty (30) days your equipment is carried by the manufacturer’s warranty. For example, Integra receivers have a three (3) year warranty and Optoma projectors have a one (1) year warranty. These manufacturer hardware warranties do not include the cost of a Premier Service Technician coming out to your home or business to troubleshoot, retrieve, ship/handle, or reinstall these items. After the thirty (30) day period Premier will charge for all service calls at our current published hourly rate.
Exceptions: Service that is requested or required in the first thirty (30) days as a result of abuse, misuse, customer error, power issues (overvoltage, undervoltage, brownouts, surges and spikes), lighting strikes, or any other act of god will be handled on a time & materials basis at our current published rates.
Additional Exceptions: System malfuntions due to Service Providers such as equipment failures or service outages are NOT covered by Premier. This includes malfunction of cable boxes, satellite recievers, U-verse receivers, internet modems, or any other service provider related hardware.
Extended Product Warranties, Installation Warranties, and Maintanance Contracts are available from your Premier Sales or Service Representative!
