Downtown High-Rise living changes the Indianapolis skyline.  Halakar Properties and Keystone Construction are presently building a 10 floor High-Rise at 333 Mass Ave in Downtown Indianapolis. The Premier Group was selected as the Exclusive Technology Provider for the 3 Mass develpoment. 

Premier was challanged with providing the Satellite & Telephone Backbone as well as Main Entry access system that will allow each owner's guest access to the building. Each unit has their own Security System and Structured Wiring Package that they can upgrade to meet their personal needs.

Each unit will have access to the Directv HD Satellite service along with the Over the Air HD TV antenna. Clients have the opportunity to finish their unit with their own selections of Video Displays, Whole House Audio Systems, Media Systems, HVAC Control, Lighting Control, Computer Networking, Control Systems as well as Window Treatments, LED Lighting Fixtures and many other products to meet their individual Lifestyles.
