EPA Lead-Safe Certification

The Premier Group has become an EPA Lead-Safe Certified renovator pursuant to 40CFR Part 745.89. Premier has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402. With this certification Premier becomes one of the few EPA Certified integrators in the state. The EPA believes that 8.4 million projects will be trigger the RRP ruling in the first year alone.
